DESCRIPTION:The KS Prescribed Fire Council and KS Prescribed Burn Association will be having a joint annual meeting on June 12th in Hutchinson at the Hutchinson Fire Training center.  3201 E 4th Ave\, Hutchinson\, KS 67501.   \nThe KS Prescribed Fire Council meeting will start at 10:00 in the morning.  \nThe KS Prescribed Burn Association meeting will start at 1:00 pm.  -Meeting should be concluded by 2:30 pm.    \nMeeting times are split for individuals who are in both associations or interested in attending the other association meeting.  \nLunch will be served at noon.  -Individuals attending the 1:00 pm KS Prescribed Burn association only can have lunch with the group before the 1:00 PBA meeting.

DESCRIPTION:June 16-21\, 2024 is the 70th Youth Range Workshop.  Spend the week at the Texas Tech Center near Junction\, Texas on the banks of the Llano River\, nearby ranches and the Kerr WMA exploring and learning all about rangeland ecosystems\, the plants\, animals and people that thrive there and depend upon these rangelands for survival.  65% of Texas is rangeland\, over 100 million acres!  Focusing on science\,  stewardship\, and leadership while building a network of contacts sure to last a lifetime!
